Ekron Asset Management was established to bring institutional-grade rigour to property acquisition and asset management, without the conflicts that come from also acting for sellers.
The firm is led by Enrico Hernandez MRICS, a chartered surveyor with over a decade of experience across technical assessment, building pathology, and property transactions. This technical foundation sets our advice apart: we understand buildings at a level most advisors cannot match.
